PalmTech offers a wide range of standard monochrome LCD displays for customers' applications. Character LCD displays are available from 8x1. 8x2, 16x1, 16x2, 16x4, 20x2, 20x4, 24x2, 40x2 to 40x4 formats with 5x8 dot matrix characters. The monochrome LCD display technologies include TN, STN, FSTN, DFSTN with a polarizer of Positive/Negative and reflector of Reflective/Transflective/Transmissive types options. We provide COG (Chip on Glass) & COB(Chip on Board) assembly technique. Monochrome LCD displays are available in various colors including yellow-green, white, blue, red, green, amber, and RGB or non-backlight option.

We prepare different viewing angels 6:00, 12:00, 3:00, and 9:00 o'clock to satisfy different customers' needs. More IC options for character fonts including English-Japanese, English-European, English-Russian, Hebrew, and European-Russian. Character LCD displays can be used on applications such as a calculator, clock, equipment meters, telephone, office machine, fax machine, server, solar inverter, databank, audio & video, refrigerator, filter system and so on.
