In response to the coming of Industry 4.0, Palm Technology installed a brand new fully automated TFT-LCD
Module production line in 2019 to lead in a more highly automated production mode in factory.
We hope to produce more competitive products to meet Customer’s demand.
Automatic production line process described below:
TFT-LCD loading, IC bonding, FPC bonding, backlight assembly, module function lighting test.
